The Children and Youth Partnership of Dare County has launched an initiative called Champions for Children, which includes video and audio features spotlighting those helping children, youth and families thrive in our community.
The Outer Banks Woman’s Club is the latest Champions for Chrildren, and President Jean Pratt spoke with Dare CYP about all they do.
