Dare County has released a short “Year in Review” video that highlights the many accomplishments that were achieved by its various departments whose dedicated employees continued to provide the essential services that residents and visitors rely upon throughout 2021.
The “Year in Review” video debuted during the 2022 State of the County presentation and showcases the work performed by county departments ranging from Finance, Health & Human Services, Planning and Public Works to the Board of Elections, Emergency Management, EMS, and Parks and Recreation, among many others.
“I am so proud to work every single day with the incredible team of dedicated public servants who serve Dare County with all their heart and so much passion for our unique community,” said Board of Commissioners Chairman Bob Woodard. “County Manager Bobby Outten has truly put together an outstanding team of individuals, and they all work extremely hard every single day to serve our community and to provide so many necessary services for all of our residents and visitors.”
