The Outer Banks SPCA Pet of the Week is Sugar. Sugar was brought into the SPCA from a high-kill shelter who reached out for help knowing that she had a second chance at finding her forever home. Sugar is safe now and soaking up all of the attention staff can give her. She’s house-trained, rides great in the car, and is friendly with other pups.
