OBX SPCA Pet of the Week: Gracie - OBX Today

The Outer Banks SPCA Pet of the Week is Gracie.

Gracie is about two-years-old and one of the OBX SPCA’s longest residents. She was surrendered to the shelter after living the first part of her life tied to a front porch. As of now, Gracie must be the only animal in the home, but staff members are working hard on teaching her how to coexist with other pets. She loves running along the fence with other dogs, playing in water, and riding in the car. Gracie is house-trained and would need to go into a home with an active owner who can continue her training.

To adopt Gracie or any of the other shelter animals, visit the Outer Banks SPCA Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., or give them a call at 252-475-5620.
